Aaron & Wright Technical Services, Inc. provided various environmental and engineering assessments, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Reports (PCRs) nationally until 2004. Aaron & Wright Technical Services was sold to LandAmerica Assessment Corporation (LAC) August 2004. Subsequently, all of the assets of the former Aaron & Wright Technical Services were purchased out of bankruptcy on March 27, 2009 by Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. a national due diligence company.

Aaron & Wright Technical Services was formed in the 1990s in Houston, Texas as a division of Aaron & Wright, a commercial appraisal firm. Aaron & Wright Technical Services was focused on providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Testing, and Property Condition Assessments. Aaron & Wright Technical services expanded with the growing commercial real estate market providing environmental and engineering consulting services to portfolio lenders, agency lenders, and CMBS Lenders. Aaron & Wright Technical Services expanded nationally including major offices in Houston, Chicago, New Jersey, and North Carolina. In 2004 Aaron & Wright Technical Services was sold to LandAmerica Assessment Corporation, a company that had already purchased National Assessment Corporation. The Aaron & Wright portion and the National Assessment Corporation portion of the company combined and grew to be the number #1 provider of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment services in the country. In March of 2009, LandAmerica Financial Corporation sold the assets of LandAmerica Assessment Corporation, including the assets of Aaron & Wright Technical Services to Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Several key Aaron and Wright Technical Services staff have joined Partner as principals. Together we have continued on as a national leader in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (PHI ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs).
